Leonard Yu, former sushi chef of Brush Sushi Izakaya, will be throwing an exclusive comprehensive class and 7 course tasting menu that will showcase the break down and preparation of a whole 200 pound bluefin tuna. The event will be held at Buckhead restaurant, Silom Thai. This will be a private event, with limited and distanced seating in the main dining room. The event will have only 20 seats available. Leonard and his team is focused on keeping everyone safe during these times.
