Shrimp, shrimp, shrimp and all the fun is what you'll find every summer in Aransas Pass at the annual Shrimporee.
Whether you like shrimp or just need an excuse to scratch your social itch, the 73rd annual Shrimporee has got you covered.
After being cancelled last year to avoid the spread of COVID-19, "largest shrimp festival in Texas" will kick off June 11 at 6 p.m. in Aransas Pass.
Come on down and try every kind of shrimp including fried shrimp, grilled shrimp, Gumbo, coconut shrimp and much more.
Alongside the shrimp, the festival is filled with talented musical acts such as Kevin Fowler and La Mafia.
Here is everything you should look out for at this year's event:
Shrimporee Parade and Carnival
Does it get any better than shrimp, a parade and a carnival?
The Shrimporee parade and carnival are back and better than ever.
The annual parade is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. on June 12. The parade route will start at the intersection of East Maddox Avenue and Commercial Street and will end DeBerry Avenue.
