Get ready for the Crafty Crab triple.
The Cajun seafood restaurant that opened two locations in less than two years now is pitching its foodie flag on Tallahassee's north side. It recently opened its second location at 2226 N. Monroe St.
Tallahassee Table, an online food blog featuring nuggets of restaurant happenings, alerted followers to the third location via Facebook.
A "coming soon" banner is flying at the former Wilderness Cabin restaurant, 1900 Capital Circle N.E. The spot originally was the location of Buckhead Brewery, a restaurant and one of the city's first microbreweries in the 1990s.
Tallahassee's seafood moment
It seems the Tallahassee food scene is having a seafood moment.
Just last month, Crabs on the Run opened to rave reviews and hearty helpings at its 1174 Capital Circle Southeast, across from Sam's Club.

In December, on Tallahassee's south side, Leola's Crab Shack relocated to a larger space at 1911 S. Adams St., formerly Maryland Fried Chicken.
Last summer, Chuck's Fish, whose origin story traces back to the iconic Harbor Docks in Destin, opened on College avenue.
And now the shuttered Wilderness Cabin restaurant is poised to become the third Tallahassee location for the Crafty Crab, a Cajun seafood restaurant
