If Cajun-style seafood is what you’re craving, try Red Crab Seafood in Eustis, which specializes in good old-fashioned southern boils.
“We opened in March last year and started with takeout because of the pandemic, then opened for dine-in in June,” manager Nick Ni said. “We have a lot of great seafood options with the most popular being the crab legs, lobster tail and fried shrimp and catfish.”

Red Crab resides in the formers Crispers location in the Eustis Village shopping center.
The menu begins with appetizers like hushpuppies, fried cheese sticks, fried calamari, raw oysters and chicken wings ranging from $4 to $18.
They also offer bowls of their New England Clam Chowder for $5.25 and rotate through specialty soups of the day.
Get your hand dirty with their signature boils, with protein choices like shrimp, snow crab legs, crawfish, clams, blue crab (seasonal), green or black muscles, lobster tail, scallops, king crab legs or Dungeness cluster. Then choose your sauce - Cajun, lemon pepper, garlic butter or juicy special of all three. Finally, choose your spice level of none, mild, medium, hot or extra hot.
Boils are served with corn and potatoes and range from $13 to $35 per plate.
Other entrees include fried catfish, fried tilapia, fried oysters, chicken or shrimp po boy, pasta with shrimp and Cajun rice and jumbo shrimp.
Red Crab Seafood offers daily specials including a low country boil (half pound snow crab legs, half pound shrimp and half sausage) for $25.99.
Inside the spacious dining area, they offer a full liquor bar and multiple TVs including a large projection screen which will show major sporting games like the upcoming Super Bowl.
