“I think the difference we’re seeing this year is when people call and we say, ‘I’m sorry folks, we’re booked for the 6-9 timeslot,’ a lot of the times the customers are saying, ‘Alright, we’ll do 5 o’clock’,” Hershey said. “So now I’m filling my dining room earlier than I have in previous years.”
