Ordering is easy, right on their website with a simple menu and a photo gallery that will make your mouth water.
The menu encourages you to “Get Your Hands Dirty” and indeed that is the best way to enjoy The Mighty Crab’s fresh seafood. Choose among King Crab legs, blue crabs, Snow crabs, and even colossal Dungeness crabs purchased daily for freshness and flavor. Juicy crawfish, clams, green mussels, and black mussels are available as well and the ordering is easy. Simply choose your favorite seafood and choose your preparation from Cajun style, lemon pepper, garlic and butter, or the “Juicy Special.” You can also choose the level of spiciness from not spicy to medium, hot, and extra for an extra kick. Your order is swiftly prepared, and all seafood dinners come with corn on the cob and a potato. The seafood is priced by the pound, starting at just $11 per pound.
You can even make your own seafood combo with a minimum half pound of any two items along with corn and potato.
Start your takehome meal with some tasty appetizers such as hush puppies, which the kids will love, along with fried cheese sticks. Dig into chicken wings, onion rings, calamari rings, or fresh oysters, either raw or steamed. The Mighty Crab location was formerly New Grand Buffet, the all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant. The owners and management said that once restaurants are allowed to reopen, we can look forward to New Grand Buffet’s return. The Mighty Crab will also stay open. The Mighty Crab is growing in popularity as they are launching their franchise throughout the Midwest.
