4 tablespoons dill pickle relish
2 tablespoons H-E-B Serrano Ranch Dressing
1 teaspoon dried dill leaves
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Dukes mayonnaise, as needed
2 small avocados, chopped
4 green onions, finely chopped (optional)
Romaine lettuce leaves, cut in half if very large
Instructions: Place the tuna, relish, ranch dressing, dill salt and pepper in a bowl and mash together. Add mayonnaise as needed to achieve a smooth tuna salad consistency. Gently fold in the avocado and green onion. Scoop the tuna salad into the lettuce leaves before serving.
